An mcse engineer is a widely recognized and is one of the credentials that are in high demand. When you receive your certification in this field you are telling anyone that will listen that you have the skills that are needed to design, implement and administrate one of the most advanced Microsoft Windows platforms and Microsoft server products. You will be seen as professional in this field.
But before you run out and get start trying to become a mcse engineer you do need to know a few things. You will need to get some mcse skills before you can get a job, and even before you begin taking the certification courses. Sounds pretty much backwards, I know. But you will need to gain some experience in the IT industry, at least six months of experience before you will be able to make the much desired salary of a MCSE engineer professional. You will still need to get the certification, but not until you have the six months of experience under your belt.
Let me explain why you need experience, it may make sense and you may just be too annoyed right now to even care. It's easy to read and memorize a book, well for some people anyway. But it's a different story to implement that knowledge into real life situations. I am no putting you down, because there are so many people that are not even close to being able to accomplish passing the mcse certification exam. I just want you to understand why employers are looking for the experience over the certification. They want you to have the necessary mcse skills so they know that you are going to be able to complete the everyday tasks that you will need to perform all on your own. They don't want to risk their business or their money.
Becoming a mcse engineer is a great career path. The IT industry is continuously growing and there is always room for further advancement in your career, and that means a higher paying salary as well. So begin looking in the newspaper to find any type of job in the industry just to gain some of the experience that you will need to ever land that job that you really have you eye on. Once you have your six months, you can begin working on finding a certification training course to prepare you for the exam.
