Gain MCSE ExperienceHaving mcse experience will allow you to get the job that you want, and be making a great salary. You are going to need this mcse experience before you even begin taking the certification courses. This is the step that many people forget to tell you about. They make is seem as if you have your mcse certificate that you are going to get any job. This is far from the truth. If you want a job you are going to need the necessary mcse experience of at least six months and up to a year, as well as to be certified. So how do you get the experience if you can't get a job? Well there is a way, but you may not like what I am about to say. What you are going to have to do is take a possible pay cut. The job you need to get needs to be in the field, and there is a really good chance that you are only going to be paid, $10 - $12 an hour. But you can't think of the money, you have to remember why you are do it. You are doing it to secure your future, and open up many doors and opportunities. Companies want to see experience because of this main reason. Just about anyone can get a mcse certification, because it's memorizing the study material. But not everyone can implement the knowledge that they have gained into real life situations. The text books don't tell you about the many different situations that can arise, they only tell you what things are and what they do. It's up to you to use that knowledge to complete the tasks on hand. Just imagine if you owned and operated your own company wouldn't you only want experienced individuals working for you, so you could feel safe that your business is in the best possible hands. So if you are looking to gain the proper mcse experience then you are going to have to take that small paying job. It's not going to be forever, just enough time to gain the 6 months of working experience, and taking the training courses to prepare you for the exam. Once you pass your exam and receive your certificate you can begin your job search. It will be nice to be able to have actual working experience on your resume, and the companies that are looking at your resume will be happy to see it as well. |
